A NOT-FOR-PROFIT EXPERIMENT

In the autumn of 2016, CIN was instigated by a broad networked team of system experts, and it is supported by mentors from across the world.

It is registered as a non-profit organisation but functions on the principles of a cooperative and a collective.

Today, it is experimenting an open-value accounting system where salaries, shares and decisional weight are influenced by contributions from individuals.

CIN’s revenue streams consists out of funding from philanthropists, and paid missions for governments and private actors.

THE PRINCIPLES WE WORK AND LIVE BY

HUMAN.

We care about the people in our city and we believe in the collective power of groups of people. We use digital tools as a means to strengthen the human connection but the human interaction is what matter

SHARING.

We are a collective and believe in shared ownership, shared goals, shared action and fair value. We try to be as transparant as possible and opensource our insights and practices, once they are approved.

BOLD.

Courage is needed to put theory into action. We are highly ambitious and not scared to experiment and test the latest ideas tools and methodologies. Always focused on the most efficient way to have  positive impact.
